January is set to be a MAJOR month for FPC litigation, and there are as many as 13 deadlines this month in cases we’ve filed (or that we’re supporting).

Just this week, we are preparing for:

• TOMORROW, we’re awaiting the State of Illinois’ brief that is due at the Seventh Circuit in Schoenthal v. Raoul

• The government’s motion to dismiss our case Clemendor v. D.C. - which challenges D.C.’s ban on so-called “assault weapons” - THIS WEDNESDAY

• We have to be prepared for another government filing THIS FRIDAY, where they will further argue why they should win in our case against the Post Office Carry Ban in FPC v. Garland 

But that’s not all, because we also have upcoming deadlines and developments in cases targeting other carry bans, pro-gun speech, and state handgun rosters.

And that’s in addition to our ongoing efforts to convince the Supreme Court to take up our landmark challenge to “assault weapon” bans in the FPC case Snope v. Brown.

When you add it all up, you have a January that is jam packed with legal activity. And that’s also part of why we’re emailing you today, Friend.
