At the time of this writing, wildfires across the greater LA area have
killed at least 24, scorched more than 60 square miles, and destroyed more
than 12,000 structures.
Hundreds of thousands have been displaced — from evacuations or from
losing their homes.
No matter where you are, it’s impossible to not feel the anguish and not
want to take action.

Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation. Your contributions will directly
benefit the firefighters who are working around the clock to save lives
and livelihoods.
The Foundation is raising funds for critical equipment and tools. This not
only includes fire shelters that protect firefighters who are caught in
dangerous flames, but hydration gear to keep them safe and energized
during their taxing 12-hour shifts, and the specialized tools for clearing
brush and creating fire breaks to prevent further devastation.
