We helped our partner organizations defend voting rights, combat gerrymandering, fight to restore abortion access, and so much more.

That work continues — and it’s all the more important now that we aren’t in a traditional election year.

Unlike the national organizations that operate only during election seasons, our partners are on the ground in their communities, continuing to fight for progress. There are no off years, folks.

But far too often, grassroots organizers are working with shoestring budgets. That’s why Groundwork invests at the local level — because we can make an even greater impact when we uplift folks who know their neighbors better than anyone else.
