It is a great honor to share that I have been elected by my colleagues to serve as the PAC Chair of the Blue Dog Coalition this cycle!
As the House Democrat representing the reddest district on the Presidential level, I’m excited to be taking this important leadership position. My goal is to help get things done in Congress and elect more common sense Democrats in red-to-blue districts around the country.
I believe Congress would be better off if more members of Congress embraced the ethos and values of Blue Dogs - most importantly loyalty to their district and country over party.
As chair of Blue Dog PAC this cycle, I will focus on recruiting and supporting candidates who practice the kind of place-based politics that the American people deserve.
