URGENT: The USO is actively supporting National Guard and service members as they respond to the devastating wildfires in California — but we need your help. Will you rush an emergency donation now to support our heroes around the world at this critical moment?*

The situation on the ground in California is still rapidly changing, but I wanted to provide a quick update. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Multiple life-threatening wildfires are still raging in Los Angeles County. The death toll is climbing, over 150,000 people are under evacuation orders and many have lost everything they own.
  2. California National Guard members are actively responding to this crisis. With virtually no notice, they deployed to the front lines, risking their personal safety to assist firefighters and protect civilians.
  3. Thanks to generous folks like you, the USO is actively supporting them. We have two Mobile USOs deployed in the region providing food, water and other critical support. Will you rush $29 or more to help us keep supporting our heroes in California and around the world?

The USO proudly goes wherever our service members are deployed, providing much-needed resources and connections to home. This crisis is no different. But as a nonprofit organization, we rely on generous people like you to help provide vital support when our heroes need it most.

2025 has already brought unprecedented crises, and to support service members in California and around the world through whatever they face this year, we’ve set an urgent $100,000 goal. Please rush $29, $58 or whatever you can spare today to help ensure the USO can be there for our heroes no matter what.

We’ll continue to keep you updated on this rapidly developing situation. Thank you for all you do to support our heroes in uniform — especially in moments of crisis.
