Realizing he’ll need help to win re-election, Trump has finally turned to address communities of color -- if only to make the case that they should issue a full-throated approval of the job he’s done so far.
 
That might be a hard sell for the Trump administration.
 
As one House Democrat put it, “It’s hard to be critical of their strategy excluding racial disparity issues when there doesn’t seem to be any strategy at all.”
 
Trump has even broken campaign promises to communities of color within the last month, appearing on Fox News to promise a report within two weeks that would provide a solution to the “totally disproportionate effect” COVID-19 has had on racial minorities. 
 
That was on May 3. It’s anyone’s guess where the report is -- though it’s clear that Trump’s priorities change as soon as the cameras are off. Let us know if you think that’s alright. Tell us now:
