Twice deported illegal immigrant arrested after girlfriend
is found dead near burn pit in Utah
Nestor Rocha-Aguayo, 24, is under arrest after attempting to flee
back to Mexico by bus. The twice-deported murder suspect with a history of
drug and domestic violence arrests has been charged in connection with the
death of his girlfriend Talia Benward.
