Dear Friend,
Help us stop this! PETA's latest undercover investigation reveals a litany of horrors for animals in the laboratories at the Cleveland Clinic:
-
Mice whose skulls were cut open, leaving a gaping wound that was covered with glass
-
Animals with their internal organs hanging out receiving no pain relief
-
Mice deliberately paralyzed and forced to drag themselves along just to reach food
-
Animals with ulcerated, untreated wounds
-
Mice crammed together in intolerably unnatural conditions and simply forgotten by workers
-
Baby mice trampled to death or cannibalized by their severely stressed parents in cages that workers knew were too crowded
-
Pigs apparently used as live dummies for inexperienced doctors to practice surgery on
In 2019 alone, the Cleveland Clinic received more than $100 million in taxpayer money from the National Institutes of Health.
Please share this information with your friends, coworkers, and family members.
Thank you for your compassion for animals.
Sincerely yours,
Kathy Guillermo
