In his 2023 FIRST THINGS Lecture in Washington, D.C., Matthew B. Crawford charted “The Rise of Antihumanism.”

Two years later, Carl R. Trueman will return to the same lectern to deliver the 2025 FIRST THINGS Lecture in Washington, D.C. on “The Hour for a New Humanism.

The lecture will be held on Tuesday, March 11 at 6 p.m. in The Heritage Foundation’s Barb Van Andel-Gaby Center (214 Massachusetts Avenue NW).

New this year, tickets to the lecture will be free of charge, with a suggested donation of $25.
