Today on National Human Trafficking Awareness Day, we are so grateful for your partnership with Polaris. Together, we are advancing our mission — walking alongside survivors and working with them to end sex and labor trafficking.

As you heard earlier this week, we are now serving as interim co-CEOs after Catherine Chen’s departure. Although we have big shoes to fill, we are excited to build on Polaris’s incredible progress under Catherine’s leadership.

Looking forward to 2025, we are as committed as ever to creating a more just and equitable society where no one is trafficked — where the powerful cannot exploit the vulnerable for profit.

Here are just a few priorities for the year ahead:

• Keep assisting thousands of victims and survivors by operating the National Human Trafficking Hotline.
• Complete 18 months of Polaris Resilience Fund disbursements for the inaugural cohort of survivors.
• Provide vital information on rights and resources to thousands of agricultural workers in the U.S. and Mexico through Nonechka.

We’re eager to keep forging ahead. And we’re incredibly grateful you’re right alongside us on this journey.
