City Council Meeting January 14, 2025
Hurst City Council is meeting at City Hall on January 14 at 6:30 p.m. View the council meeting agenda online at hursttx.gov/agendas.
Martin Luther King Jr. Day City Closure
Non-emergency city facilities will be closed in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, January 20, 2025.
- The Hurst Recreation Center will be open during regular hours (5:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.).
- The Hurst Tennis & Pickleball Center will be open during regular hours (8:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 5 - 9 p.m.).
Trash and recycling is unaffected by this holiday and service normally provided on Monday through Friday will be on regular schedule.
City Facilities Delayed Opening January 22
Non-emergency city facilities will have a delayed opening until 2 p.m. on January 22, 2025 for staff development training.
Household Hazardous Waste RESCHEDULED
Saturday, January 18 | 8 - 11 a.m. Hurst Service Center 2001 Precinct Line Rd. Hurst, Texas 76054
Due to inclement weather, the Household Hazardous Waste Collection event is rescheduled for Saturday, January 18, 2025. This change is intended to ensure better weather conditions and encourage participation for all. Click the button below for more information about the event.
