• By Phone: Call the Marketplace Call Center at 1-800-318-2596 for assistance.
• In-Person: Get free help from local people and organizations. They can guide you through the process and answer your questions. Click Here to locate assistance near you.
• By Mail: Download and complete a paper application from HealthCare.gov, then mail it to the address listed on the form. You’ll get eligibility results in the mail within 2 weeks.
