Hi John,
We hope you’ve had a good start to your new year so far. Here at Emerge New Mexico, we’re gearing up to fight back against the incoming administration’s proposed policies, which threaten our basic freedoms. From the right to choose to the foundation of our democracy itself, we’re prepared to stand up to any attempts to erode our liberties here in New Mexico. We’re also focused on building on our successes from last November, when we re-elected our entire Democratic congressional delegation and our strong majorities in the Legislature. Over 40 Emerge New Mexico alums won their races across our state at all levels of government and will be implementing tangible, progressive policies at the local level.
This work extends far beyond any one election — it’s about building a powerful network of leaders who are ready to stand up for everyone in New Mexico. As we prepare for an eventful political year, we are reaching out to our supporters for a temperature check: what political issues are on your mind, and how can Democrats do a better job of reaching voters? This is a great opportunity to let us know what’s on your mind and what issues are most important to you — we’re excited to read what you have to say!
Thanks for your time,
Emerge New Mexico
