MAGA Republican Mike Johnson was officially — but narrowly — elected Speaker of the House for the 119th Congress.

On the campaign trail, Speaker Johnson promised “massive reform” to our healthcare system, including “No Obamacare.”

Now, the Trump administration and Speaker Johnson want to extend tax breaks for the wealthy, and they are eying cuts to Obamacare, aka the Affordable Care Act, to help pay for it.

This is exactly the kind of attack on working people that Emily Randall ran against. We need policies that lower healthcare costs, not jack them up!
