I'll be honest: It's not the Congress we hoped to elect two months ago. But it's still a Congress we can do something with.

Democrats are in the minority, but the margin is razor thin. House Republicans are already struggling, and Senate Republicans don't have the supermajority they would need to work without us. That means they're depending on Democratic votes to do almost everything. We have leverage.
