Later this month, the Senate will begin holding confirmation hearings for Donald Trump’s cabinet. Among them will be Linda McMahon, whom Trump has tapped to lead the Department of Education.

I cannot stress enough that McMahon’s job as Education Secretary would not be to advance the scholastic interests of our children, but to gut the very agency she would be in charge of.

Project 2025 called for the dismantling of the DoE and McMahon is the woman Trump has picked to get it done. We must oppose her and oppose all extremists who wish to harm our children’s futures.
