Friend, no one is above the law. But Donald Trump believes he is.
Now that he’s been reelected, it's almost certain that he'll use his presidential powers to escape accountability for his crimes.
We can’t let that happen.
That’s why we're collecting 25,000 signatures by midnight tonight to demand Congress pass the No Kings Act now, and we still need 2,800 signatures to hit our goal!

Here’s why signing this petition is so urgent, friend:
In 2024, Trump's ultraconservative Supreme Court majority ruled that presidents have broad, legal immunity from prosecution. That’s a dangerous precedent for our country – and exactly what Trump wants.
And Trump has made no secret about his desire to use this SCOTUS ruling to avoid accountability for his actions.
For WEEKS he and his lawyers have been trying to halt sentencing for the hush money case, despite a judge ruling last week that the sentencing could move forward.
There's no doubt about it: With Republicans in control of Congress and SCOTUS granting broad immunity to the president, it is vital that we make our voices heard and tell Trump that no one is above the law.
We need Congress to hear from as many concerned Americans as possible right now, so please: Add your name to Brady PAC’s petition telling Congress to pass the No Kings Act now and show that presidents are NOT above the law.
