Team, Virginia’s General Assembly Session starts TOMORROW!

This shorter session – only 45 days – will be a critical step towards enshrining abortion rights in the Virginia constitution, and we are going to need your help.

To stay on track, we must ensure that the amendment passes on the floor of the VA House and Senate with a simple majority. The language has been set, so all we need to do now is pressure the legislature to act.

Virginia is the last southern state without a post-Roe ban, but in order to ensure that it remains that way, we must continue our work to get a constitutional amendment on the ballot. Millions of people are depending on us.
