Eid Mubarak, Friend!

As the holy month of Ramadan comes to a close, I’m so grateful for the time I spent fasting, praying, and gaining perspective on the extraordinary times we’re living in.

In her reflection at The National Iftar, Dr. Ingrid Mattson said something that has really stuck with me: Ramadan is proof that we can live differently. Our rhythms, habits, and priorities are not fixed once and for all. We can choose a better tomorrow.

Our team at Muslim Advocates will continue to work on your behalf for a better world — by opposing anti-Muslim law enforcement programs, by defending the rights of American Muslims to bury our dead, by helping Muslim charities and mosques keep their doors open, by protecting the health and religious freedom of incarcerated people during the pandemic, and so much more.

If you believe that a better tomorrow is possible, please, make one last donation to Muslim Advocates during these last days of Ramadan, so we can keep working for you in the weeks and months to come.
