When Trump promised to balance the federal government and slash regulation, a lot of people thought that sounded pretty good.

Then he tasked two out-of-touch, filthy rich billionaires — Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy — with dismantling the federal government and slashing trillions in spending.

The DOGE Boys are planning to start things off by ending care for Veterans as we know it.

One of the first things Ramaswamy proposed was ending the Veterans Health Care Eligibility Act, a $119 billion program that funds medical services for Veterans.

Then we started seeing coverage in the media about how “absurdly generous” the disability benefit payments Veterans receive are in outlets like The Economist.

Now, as they get ready to take office, the architects of Project 2025 are beginning to finalize their plans: Slashing benefits for Veterans, firing thousands of career public servants at the VA, and replacing them with Trump loyalists. Their goal is to privatize the VA — and we’ll give you one guess which filthy rich billionaires are going to be trying to pick up those contracts when they’re on the market.

This is a betrayal. Full stop. And VoteVets is going to do everything we possibly can to defeat their attempts to slash the care that Veterans fought to earn.

Friend, we need you with us to hold the line. Chip in $5 or anything you can and help us fight back against Trump, Musk, and Ramaswamy as they work overtime to gut care for Veterans. Please.
