Briefing the Knesset on Antisemitism:
This week in Israel, ADL’s Jonathan Greenblatt took part in a hearing before the Knesset’s Immigration, Absorption and Diaspora Committee, where he discussed the “inferno” of antisemitic incidents in the U.S. since 10/7. Greenblatt vowed that ADL would continue “to experiment with creative tactics to study the results and scale what works,” and encouraged others involved in addressing this crisis to try new tactics as well. Watch a short video clip from the hearings.

NOLA Conspiracy Lies & Theories:
The deadly New Year’s attack in New Orleans, Louisiana, left a city reeling and social media awash in hateful lies and conspiracy theories about immigrants, Israel, Jews and a government cover-up. While law enforcement is still investigating his motive, police reportedly found an ISIS flag in the truck and the attacker, an Army veteran, wore military gear, including camouflage and body armor. Read more from ADL analysts about the misinformation spreading online.
5 Things About the Palestine News Network:
The Palestine News Network (PNN) is a group that harasses strangers, often Jews, prodding them about their stance on Palestine. Individuals associated with PNN have a history of entering neighborhoods with significant Jewish populations, or approaching those attending Jewish or Israel-related events, where they shoot videos that walk the line between “interview” and provocation. PNN posts videos and other content celebrating the death of Israelis, the Oct. 7 terror attacks, news of terror attacks in Israel, and expressing support for terror groups and dictators.
