Yesterday, North Carolina’s conservative supermajority on the Supreme Court paved the way to invalidate tens of thousands of legal votes, unseat a duly elected Supreme Court Justice, and secure even more power for the GOP.

And what’s worse? Black voters are twice as likely to have their ballot challenged in this lawsuit. John: this is what voter suppression looks like.
