Justice Allison Riggs won re-election to the state Supreme Court by a razor-thin margin of 734 votes. But instead of accepting the results, her Republican opponent is working with his GOP allies in the court to throw out 60,000 legal votes.

This isn’t just an attack on one election — it’s an attack on democracy itself. If Republicans succeed in overturning the result of this race, they’ll be sending a clear message: elections only count if their side wins.
