The Democratic National Convention (whether it's held virtually or in-person) is still months away, but as Joe Biden becomes the presumptive presidential nominee, questions remain about who he is likely to select to serve as Vice President.
While Biden has committed to selecting a female vice president, the list of potential options is long, with many well-qualified candidates that are strong contenders for the role.
And as Trump and Congressional Republicans double-down on many of the extreme, far-right policies and nominees that have been a hallmark of the Trump administration, it's clear we need to have a team that is ready to lead on day one to begin repairing the harm caused by Trump and his Republican enablers.
