| Fellow American,
Congress MUST PASS my Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act! I'm utterly shocked and disappointed that we need Congressional action to protect women and girls in sports, but here's how we got here.
FIRST- Congress passed Title IX in 1972, which explicitly ensured that male and female students and athletes in educational settings were treated equally and fairly. This includes ensuring that males and females are treated equally and fairly in sports, from intramural sports to college athletics.
THEN- The Radical Left began demanding that biological men who identify as transgender women could compete in women's sports, threatening to withhold Title IX federal financial assistance for schools that would not comply. This led to biological men all over the country infiltrating women's sports and instantly becoming the top athletes, regardless of age or sport. Notably, female athletes like Riley Gaines were ROBBED of trophies and championships after training their whole lives.
NOW- I'm putting my foot down. I introduced the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act to clarify that including male athletes in women's sports IS a Title IX violation and clearly defines males and females as the biological sex assigned at birth. I need your help to make sure that our Senate Majority passes this bill.
I need 50 Patriots to join my team before midnight so we can show Congress that this bill has grassroots support. Can you chip in just $10 to support me?
It's time to BAN trans athletes from electing into women's sports. Allowing biological men to compete against biological women not only compromises the integrity of competition, it threatens the safety of women athletes.

Thank you, Coach Tuberville
Meet Coach Tuberville: Coach Tuberville was born in Camden, Arkansas, the third of three children of Olive and Charles Tuberville. College Football's 2004 Coach of the Year and two-time SEC Coach of the Year, Tommy Tuberville is most often recognized for his success on the field. But it is the legacy of his father, a highly decorated WWII veteran and Purple Heart recipient, that motivates Coach Tuberville to give back to the brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces. In 1989 Coach Tuberville met his future wife, Suzanne Fette, at the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans. They were married in 1991 and have two boys, Tucker and Troy, who continue to make their dad proud. In his career as a College Football Coach, Tommy started a long and successful career at the University of Miami, starting as a graduate assistant and rising to the Hurricanes' defensive coordinator. He led the Canes to three AP national championships and coached future Hall of Famers Ray Lewis and Warren Sapp, as well as Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
In 1998, Coach Tuberville was announced as the next head coach for the Auburn Tigers. Tuberville's time at Auburn was a success by any measure, as the Tigers captured eight consecutive bowl appearances, including five New Year's Day bowl appearances, five SEC Western Division titles, one SEC Championship, and a 13-0 season in 2004, after which Coach Tuberville was once again named the AP's SEC Coach of the Year. For his efforts during the perfect 2004 season, Tuberville would be named Paul "Bear" Bryant Coach of the Year, Associated Press Coach of the Year, Walter Camp Coach of the Year, Sporting News Coach of the Year, and AFCA Coach of the Year, among others.
In 2020, Coach Tuberville became Senator Tuberville, winning his election to represent all Alabamians in the United States Senate with the full support of President Trump. Since then, he's supported President Trump's America-First policies while fighting off the Radical Left. In his first term as Senator, Tommy was one of eight Republicans to vote against certifying the 2020 election, has been a strong pro-life advocate, and called out Democrats for being pro-crime.
Now, Coach Tuberville is running for re-election so he can continue representing Alabamians and Americans in the United States Senate. The Radical Left has him circled as a prime target to defeat in the 2026 Midterm Elections. Can he count on your support?
