I want to be clear that hitting our goals isn’t just about the numbers. It’s about showing the strength of this grassroots movement and proving that we have the momentum to win this race—and deliver real results for all Coloradans.

As Attorney General, I have fought to protect Coloradans where they needed me most — making real progress for our communities. We’re putting money back into Coloradans’ pockets and improving our everyday way of life by:

• Protecting consumers: We strengthened the Colorado Consumer Protection Act and secured over $400 million in relief for Coloradans harmed by scams and fraud;
   
• Holding Big Pharma accountable: We forced Big Pharma to pay $800 million to Colorado for the harm caused by the opioid crisis–and invested those funds in a nationally recognized, and fully transparent, manner; and
   
• Protecting our environment: We worked to secure over $6.6 million in settlement funds for natural resource damages, fought for Colorado’s water rights, and pushed for statewide action on PFAS “forever chemicals.”
