The San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) has an exciting opportunity for a consultant to support the growth and operations of the San Joaquin Regional Housing Fund (RHF). The consultant will play a key role in developing a fundraising program, establishing an advisory committee, and working alongside SJCOG staff to create and release both a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) and the processes for awarding funds.
