Dear Jack, Happy New Year! Firstly can I wish a very Happy New Year to all our members and supporters here in London, and give a huge welcome to all the new members who have joined since my last email to you all! 2024 was a real breakthrough year for Reform UK - with the London Mayor / Assembly Election in May quickly followed by our fantastic result in the July General Election, our opinion poll scores rising ever since, and over the Christmas break our membership has surged past that of the Conservatives. In 2025 we will build on this progress through getting our new local branches up and running as we get ready for future campaigns. Only yesterday, another young life was cut short by a senseless stabbing here in London. We launched a campaign last year to push the Met Police to increase use of stop and search to get knives and other weapons off our streets and I will be presenting our petition to the Assembly very soon.
