To everyone’s surprise, the Healey-Driscoll Administration finally broke their silence on the migrant crisis last night.

But, to no one’s surprise, their solution is throwing an additional $425,000,000 at the problem.

Massachusetts Republicans stand strong in our call to amend the Right to Shelter Law residency requirements. 

Throwing money at our problems is no solution at all.

The migrant crisis has spiraled into a financial catastrophe, a humanitarian disaster, and a severe threat to public safety. 

The Democratic Supermajority needs to put partisanship aside and work with Republicans on finding real solutions.
