Happy New Year, friend!

The people of the Third District — myself included — have a lot on our minds right now.

Soon, MAGA will control the House, Senate, and White House for the first time since 2018, and they’ll do Trump’s bidding without question.

They'll carry out his plan to slash Social Security and Medicare, repeal the Affordable Care Act, end abortion access nationwide, and roll back environmental protections, student debt forgiveness, tax relief for the middle class, worker’s rights, and so much more.

However you're feeling at this moment, just know: I’m with you, and I’m doing everything in my power to fight back.

With you by my side, I’m prepared to defend Nevada’s working families from the most extreme GOP majority in modern history. Whatever it takes.

In moments like this one, I like to remember this piece of advice:

When you can’t fix everything, fix something.

Whether that means giving a neighbor a helping hand, supporting a charity, planting a community garden, mentoring kids, or even just cleaning up some litter in your neighborhood, a single good deed has a ripple effect. A little kindness goes a long way.

I’m eager to get to work in Congress to fight for Nevada and protect the rights we hold closest to us as Americans. That is my New Year’s resolution to you.
