WHAT: First Lady Cathy Justice will deliver farewell remarks and present her final Rhododendron Award.

The First Lady’s Rhododendron Award recognizes individuals in West Virginia who have demonstrate goodness and worked for the betterment of their communities. This award seeks to recognize the “unsung heroes” throughout West Virginia, whose work has made a significant difference in the lives of others.

WHEN: Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at 2:30 p.m.

WHERE: Governor's Reception Room, West Wing, State Capitol.
