Team –
Granite Staters are facing rising costs and a lack of access to quality child care, putting a heavy burden on families and the providers who support them.
That’s why I’ve joined my colleagues in Congress to push for critical funding to support child care providers and address the workforce shortages that make this problem even harder for working families across the Granite State.
Look – the child care sector is still trying to recover from the pandemic, and without continued funding, many child care providers will be forced to close their doors. The workers who care for our children remain underpaid and overworked, and families are finding it harder to access affordable care.
It’s critical that Congress acts to ensure families have access to the care they need. That’s why I’m fighting for stronger funding for programs like Head Start and the Child Care and Development Block Grant. These programs help families thrive and ensure that working families have access to the critical resources they need and deserve. But I can’t get this done alone.
If you agree that it’s time for Congress to step up and ensure continued investments in child care, add your name next to mine today. →
Thank you,
Chris
