SPUC will be holding a Parliamentary event for MPs this Thursday 9th January.

We will be providing a briefing on the Pills-by-Post policy and how dangerous this policy has proven to be, by highlighting recent criminal cases involving it.

We would like you to email your MP and ask them to attend the briefing. To email your MP, just click the button below, which should open an email in your own email system, with a prepared template. The horrifying Stuart Worby spiking case in Norfolk gives clear evidence of the danger of pills-by-post abortions. This ruthless individual acquired the pills using this system and killed his pregnant partner’s unborn baby.

This case and other health risks show that it is time to change the law. Before the 2024 General Election, hundreds of medical professionals wrote to MPs urging them to make this change – the dangers were obvious to them even before this shocking case.

SPUC are holding a meeting on this important subject on Thursday 9th January.
 
The details are:
- Time: 12-2pm
- Location: Jubilee Room of Westminster Hall.  
- Drop in for 10 minutes or whatever you can spare. Sandwiches and drinks will be provided. MPs or their staff may attend.
