Hi John, [link removed] [[link removed]]
Wisconsin's new legislative session just started, and our new election maps led to a more balanced body of lawmakers than we've seen in over a decade. That means we also have more opportunity for change than we’ve seen in years, and we’re not wasting a second.
Sign our petition now to demand that lawmakers prioritize gun violence prevention in 2025. [[link removed]]
Already today, we’re at the Capitol, reminding legislators that Wisconsinites are hungry for safer communities and safer schools. But for our voice to have the greatest impact, we need you with us; will you help? [[link removed]]
Again last month, a Wisconsin community was devastated by gun violence. Yet, each day, other lives are taken by guns, and many of these shootings barely show up in the news. People across our state are tired of this violence, and we refuse to accept it. Tell our legislators loud and clear: We will not stand for this violence any longer. We value our children more than we value guns. [[link removed]] Sign the petition now so our legislators know from week one that we will not give in.
When we stand tall together and speak with one united voice, we know we can make a difference. Thank you for your help as we create a more just, peaceful Wisconsin.
With hope and determination,
Nick Matuszewski
Associate Executive Director
