FIRST: Two new polls showed that Democrat Amy McGrath is in a statistical TIE with Moscow Mitch McConnell.

THEN: Nate Silver, one of the most trusted analysts in politics, said that he absolutely thinks that Amy can win.

AND NOW: Amy McGrath's campaign has out-raised Mitch McConnell for NINE straight months - something that has NEVER been done before - and McGrath has completely erased Mitch's cash advantage!
