The current hysteria created by the government and media over the coronavirus pandemic has created a world where people are ok with their rights being trampled in a so called emergency. This was seen again as Alan Dershowitz recently insisted that the government has the power to vaccinate you against your will.
Dershowitz stated, “You have no constitutional right to endanger the public and spread the disease, even if you disagree. You have no right not to be vaccinated, we have to be vaccinated.” Nowhere in our federal and state constitutions does it say anything about what Dershowitz is discussing.
