First, my deepest condolences and sympathies for the victims of the New Year's terror attacks in New Orleans, Las Vegas, and New York. They and their families should never have had to suffer.
Second, where was the FBI??? Where was the NO PD? In this country, we pay a LOT of money for these services, supposedly to keep us safe. Instead, we got an incompetent, unprofessional bureaucrat telling us it was "not terrorism".
As if we were stupid.
I cannot wait until President Trump is inaugurated- because this kind of garbage will cease. We WILL be safer.
After all, he told us years ago one of the reasons he wanted the border shut down was to stop the flow of terrorists and criminals into the country.
Looks prescient now, right?
Unfortunate as this tragedy is, it shines a brighter light on the need to secure the border and go all out against the criminals we now have to deal with here.
Be they Tren de Aragua, or the cartels, or gangs, or terrorists, the need and mission now must be crystal clear:
Shut down the border. Catch and deport the illegals and criminals. Catch the terrorists before the next New Year's attacks happen.
This is serious and deadly business. We have no time to lose- and we have no time for obstructionist Democrat politicians like Dems Katie Hobbs and Kris Mayes.
They want to stop President Trump from closing the border and expelling the illegals. Which means they are totally ok with the New Year's attacks.
We MUST hold them accountable. We MUST not let them interfere with President Trump's agenda to keep us safe and deport the illegals. Too much depends on it!
I assure you that I will work closely with the Trump Administration to making Arizonans safe, as will the Senate GOP caucus.
We have a LOT of work to do, but the right personnel to do it.
In November, Democrat Gov. Katie Hobbs crowed that she would drown us in dirty Democrat money. That she would dominate the airwaves against us.
We held our own- but we need to keep up if we are to avoid getting drowned again!
