None of us will ever forget the shocking scenes at the Capitol four years ago today.

Trump’s supporters marching through the streets of Washington, armed and dangerous.

Rioters breaking windows and attacking police officers.

Members of Congress, staff, Capitol workers, and police wearing gas masks and hiding from a mob chanting death threats.

For four years, Republicans have had endless opportunities to consign Donald Trump and his traitorous actions to the history books.

Instead, they’ve embraced him with open arms, clamoring for his approval and making trips to Mar-A-Lago to show their undying loyalty.

If January 6th wasn’t the last straw for the GOP, team, nothing will be. The responsibility to defend our democracy from a wannabe dictator and his spineless Senate lackeys is entirely ours.
