From Me to We

Announcing The Wellness of WE speaker lineup!

CTZNWELL

America is sick. But this virus is not new. It has been festering for hundreds of years - incubated by ideologies of separation, scarcity and supremacy.

COVID-19 is not the virus. White supremacy is the virus. Individualism is the virus. Capitalism is the virus. The “wellness of me” culture has doubled down since the pandemic, capitalizing on people’s isolation and vulnerability. But no amount of green juice, immune boosters or meditation is going to save us.

So, how do we get well in an unwell world?

We need to go from a wellness ME to a wellness of WE, because we can’t truly be well unless we are committed to the wellbeing of everyone. Wellness is wholeness. It is a collective practice that requires resistance and resilience to bring forth the beautiful, healthier world that we are all worthy of.

This Monday we are kicking off a FREE 8-day online series called The Wellness of WE in partnership with our friends at The BIG We Podcast and Reclamation Ventures. We will be joined by India Arie, Sonya Renee Taylor, Rev angel Kyodo williams, Valarie Kaur, Seane Corn, Anasa Troutman, Mia Birdsong, Nicole Cardoza, Nitika Chopra and many more as we reimagine a wellness that works for everyone.

See you there.
