Folks, it’s Kevin, Executive Director of Georgia Democrats. Four years ago, Donald Trump led an attempt to overturn Joe Biden’s victory in the 2020 election. He claimed with no evidence that our free and fair elections were rigged and that he had actually won, leading to MAGA rioters storming the Capitol building and the deaths of several people, including a Capitol Police officer. Right now, despite leading an insurrection and being the only president ever to be impeached TWICE, Donald Trump is set to be inaugurated once again and wreak havoc on the lives of ALL Americans for another four years. It’s up to us — all of us — to send a clear message to MAGA extremists that we’ll never stop fighting for our democracy. Trump’s second win may be a setback in our fight, but it is not a defeat. That’s why we need to raise $10,000 before midnight — to prove that Georgia Democrats aren’t going ANYWHERE. We’re going to re-elect Jon Ossoff in 2026 and Democrats up and down the ballot to continue our fight for progress and against extremism. But we need your help to do it.
