Highlights of the Rural Northern Maine Respiratory Therapy Training Program:

* This initiative is a partnership between Northern Light Health, Kennebec Valley Community College (KVCC), and Northern Maine Community College.
* Funding for tuition, books, and fees is provided through a grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration.
* Educational instruction for the program will be delivered by Kennebec Valley Community College.
* Participants will work part-time at a Northern Light facility while attending classes and earning full-time wages and benefits.
* Upon completion of the program, graduates will continue their employment at Northern Light Health for a designated period.
* Applicants must apply to both Kennebec Valley Community College and Northern Light Health, and acceptance is required from both institutions to participate.
