A look back at 2024 in photos…

We wanted to kick off the year by sharing just a few of the special
moments from our campaign last year.

January 2024
Alexandria visited the Louis Armstrong Center—an arts center and museum in
Queens that celebrates Louis and Lucille Armstrong and offers community
events such as concerts and trumpet lessons.

March 2024
Alexandria and Team AOC joined the St. Pat’s for All Parade in Queens!
This is an annual parade that celebrates Irish culture and inclusivity.

April 2024
We turned in our petition signatures to secure Alexandria’s place on the
ballot! This was only possible because of our volunteers’ hard work and
dedication.

June 2024
We celebrated Pride Month and shared our solidarity with the LGTBQ+
community!

June 9th was the National Puerto Rican Day Parade where we celebrated
Puerto Rican culture!

August 2024
Thanks to hundreds of generous donations, we were able to distribute more
than 1,200 backpacks to students in New York City as they went back to
school to help set them up for a successful school year!

November 2024
With your help, Alexandria and Team AOC distributed over 1,200 turkeys to
families around NYC who didn’t have one for Thanksgiving.

December 2024
Alexandria and Team AOC joined striking Amazon Teamster workers on the
picket line to support them in the fight for better working conditions!
