Hi John,

I am honored that I will be inaugurated as North Carolina’s 76th Governor in a formal ceremony one week from today!

It wasn’t easy to get to this point.

Our gubernatorial election was one of the most competitive races in the country — polls showed me and my opponent neck-and-neck for months. Republicans were determined to defeat me at any price.

But we showed them what’s possible by building a grassroots community that’s united around a common goal: coming together to build a safer, stronger North Carolina.

Thank you for being a member of that community, John. I couldn’t have come this far without you.

We’re one week out from Inauguration Day, so I’m asking you to support our important work for North Carolina with a $7 donation. If it fits in your budget, please give today to say you’re standing with me through the hard work ahead of us >>> [[link removed]]
