Gov. Justice appoints Rodney Holbert to the Board of Registration for Professional Engineers

CHARLESTON, WV — Gov. Justice announced today he has appointed Rodney Holbert to the Board of Registration for Professional Engineers, for the term ending June 30, 2029. Holbert, a Registered Professional Engineer, succeeds Edward Robinson.
