When Senator Cornyn says he's in need of trusted advisors, he really means
it. I can't stress that enough. 

As I plan for this race, I see no way we can win without a trusted team of
dedicated Republicans to call upon for advice. 

I'm talking about real voters - men and women in touch with the problems of
their communities - who genuinely want to help defend our values. That's what
we need. 

That's why we need you to accept your nomination to join Senator Cornyn's
Leadership Team - to provide the perspective of the folks who will actually be
casting ballots, and give us sound advice about what will resonate with voters

It is rare that you find absolutes in this world. Things without shades of
grey. Definite and clear right and wrong. But over the years, I’ve picked up on
a few:

1. You never mess with Texas.

2. If you’re going to win your race for US Senate, you need a team, because
if you try to do it alone, you will lose.

Sure as Texas is the best state in the country, I know you need a trusted and
dedicated team around you to win.

A small, but loyal group of people who can be relied on, even when there are
dark days in the campaign… especially when there are dark days in the campaign.

Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t going to be easy. Far from it. I’m going to be
