Happy 2025, folks!

I know the past two months have been difficult, but I can’t thank you enough for not giving up and staying by my side.

Today is the first day back in Congress and I couldn’t have made it here without you.

Even though we’re in a new year and a new session, my priorities are the same: Protect manufacturing, increase good-paying jobs, tackle climate change, and defend the rights of every Michigander and American.

And that all continues today: Day one.

There’s a lot to do here in the House. Even though Democrats don’t have control, I’ve never been one to shy away from pushing back. Republicans won’t have an easy time passing their agenda if I have anything to say about it.

So while I’m certain we’ll have challenges headed our way, we’ll tackle them like how we always have — together. It’s time to get back to work, and I couldn’t be more determined to fight like hell and get the job done.
