Hi John,

The labor movement wants political leaders who will fight for policies that improve working people’s lives and strengthen our rights and freedoms, rather than attack and destroy them.

As the Democratic National Committee (DNC) decides its new leadership over the next month, the party must refocus on the needs of workers.

Join the DNC Labor Council on Jan. 6 for a virtual forum with the DNC’s candidates for party chair, where they will share their vision for the future of working people and the Democratic Party.

WHEN: Monday, Jan. 6, at 6 p.m. ET
WHERE: Zoom (registration required)

The DNC Labor Council, which makes up approximately a quarter of all the DNC members who will vote to elect the next party chair, represents the concerns of the labor movement within the Democratic Party.

During this forum, the candidates for chair will be questioned by members of the DNC and union members on how the party can best address the concerns of working people. They also will be questioned on how they plan to lead the Democratic Party to a winning strategy.

We hope you can join us for this important conversation.

In Solidarity,

Team AFL-CIO
