John, today, I’m being sworn into office for my second term in Congress, and I’m no stranger to taking oaths to defend our country.

At just 17 years old, I took my first oath at the Naval Academy in Annapolis to protect the Constitution and defend our nation’s values. I took that oath seriously – seriously enough that I was willing to risk my life to protect those beliefs.

In 2023, I took another oath as a member of Congress, with the same fight to support and defend the Constitution in the People’s House. I vowed to defend the freedoms that this country is built on and to stand up for my community. Today, I’m taking that oath again, and I’m ready to keep fighting for Western Pennsylvania.

I’ve gone from serving in Iraq and overseas to serving in Congress, but one truth has always stayed the same: I will never stop fighting for Western Pennsylvania.

But with Republicans running the White House and Congress, defending Western PA’s freedom and prosperity won’t be easy. Can I count on you to chip in today to help me continue defending our democracy and fighting for the people of Western PA?
