Friend -- The People's Alliance (c3&c4) board is calling for Sheriff Birkhead to work with the County Commissioners and the City Council to expand the HEART program to Durham County and DPS, and to merge the City and County 911 systems. Please review the statement on the PA Blog. If you want to come out on the 6th to listen or speak at the BOCC meeting please register here so we can coordinate with other PA members.
