New solicitations
DES starts solicitation to replace fuel station inspection services contract
DES is starting solicitation 05624 for fuel station inspection services to succeed statewide contract 01917 [ [link removed] ], which expires May 14.
The solicitation is for fuel station inspection services includes inspection of underground storage tanks (UST) and minor repair work to comply with regulatory requirements [ [link removed] ].
We are looking for purchasers and subject matter experts to serve on the development and/or evaluation team for a re-bid of contract 01917. If your organization is subject to UST regulations, this is a great opportunity to make sure your needs are represented in the new statewide contract.
Development team members should expect to devote a few hours a month for two months (tentatively mid-March through mid-May), and an evaluator should expect to devote approximately five hours for evaluations later in the year. If you have input but don't have capacity to be on the development team, please submit a vendor and contract performance feedback form [ [link removed] ] to share what is working, what isn’t working, or what we can do differently in the new contract.
